VASA - Lymphatic congestion & cellulite relief
VASA is a professionally developed homœopathic blend designed to support the body’s lymphatic system—the crucial internal network responsible for waste filtration and drainage. This remedy may assist in cases of lymph stagnation and the build-up of subdermal fat deposits, commonly associated with cellulite and sluggish excretory function.
The name VASA, derived from the Latin word for “vessels,” reflects its action on lymphatic channels and circulatory micro-systems, helping restore healthy drainage and reduce stagnation of waste materials within the body.
Why is Lymphatic Health important?
Often overlooked, the lymphatic system plays a foundational role in cleansing tissues, maintaining fluid balance, and regulating immune response. It acts as the body’s internal waste disposal network—filtering metabolic byproducts, toxins, fats, and pathogens via a fine web of lymph vessels and nodes.
When lymph becomes congested or slow-moving due to factors such as:
Poor diet and inflammatory foods
Toxic exposure (chemical, environmental or pharmaceutical)
Lack of movement or post-surgical trauma
Chronic illness or immune compromise
Parasites or intestinal imbalance
…it can lead to noticeable health imbalances. These may include tissue swelling, puffiness, sluggishness, recurrent infections, immune weakness, or the visible appearance of cellulite (especially in women).
How VASA May Help
VASA has been formulated to gently support the body’s lymphatic flow, facilitating:
Improved waste clearance through lymph and kidneys
Relief from tissue swelling and heaviness
Soothing of congested nodes and glands
Support for the body’s natural detox channels
Reduction in visible skin texture changes such as dimpling or puffiness associated with fluid retention
VASA may be helpful for individuals managing:
Swollen lymph nodes or fluid-filled tissues
Recurrent immune issues
Post-operative tissue congestion
Lymphatic blockages contributing to poor skin tone or texture
General detoxification protocols
Supportive Practices for Lymphatic Health
For optimal results when using VASA, include the following lifestyle practices:
🌿 Epsom salt baths to aid drainage and reduce inflammation
🌿 Dry body brushing before showers to stimulate lymphatic movement
🌿 Professional lymphatic massage or drainage therapy
🌿 Filtered water intake – 1.5 to 2L daily
🌿 Herbal teas that support excretory organs: dandelion, nettle, calendula, red clover, lemongrass, parsley
🌿 Alkalising diet rich in fresh vegetables, avoiding processed foods, sugars, and alcohol
🌿 Avoid restrictive clothing that impedes circulation in key lymphatic areas (waist, underarms, groin)
🌿 Gentle movement and stretching, including rebounding or yoga
Who Can Use VASA?
VASA is suitable for most adults and may be considered as part of a broader program for:
Systemic detoxification
Chronic fluid retention or mild swelling
Support in cases of slow immune recovery
Adjunct support for cellulite or lymphatic skin congestion
Gentle post-illness or post-operative recovery

5 drops 3 times daily.
For chronic symptoms which have been present for a long time, please only ever administer a standard 3 times a day as your body will need a slower time over a longer period to adjust. Taking a remedy too frequently in a chronic complaint may trigger aggravation.
IMPORTANT: Do not administer this remedy unless symptoms are present. As homeopathy is an energy medicine, it is not a preventative measure. Giving a larger dose will not enhance effects.
Finally, once symptoms are sufficiently controlled, cease immediately, otherwise a relapse may be triggered. If you have any questions please email health@chrysalisoriginal.com
